Hey, I’m Lee Rayson. I work with individuals, solo entrepreneurs, and small business owners who could use some help figuring things out. Together, we’ll look at what’s going on, explore your options, and work out what comes next.
I bring decades of experience in strategy, systems, and human behavior to that conversation, along with intuition and spiritual discernment. You bring yourself and whatever you’re dealing with. Loose ends, competing priorities, questions you haven’t quite figured out how to ask. We can work with all of it.

Let’s sit down and work through it.
We’ll spend 75 minutes looking at your decision, challenge, or idea. I’ll ask questions, share what I’m seeing, and help you sort through the possibilities and practical next steps.
Before we meet, you’ll complete a brief intake so I have some context. Afterward, you’ll get a concise written recap, plus one clarification email exchange within seven days of receiving it.

Want some time to explore it and come back?
Some things take a few conversations. This series gives us three 60-minute sessions over 4–6 weeks, with room between them to reflect, try things, and see what happens.
We’ll agree on what we’re working toward and build from there. You’ll also receive written guidance and one email exchange between sessions, so there’s a way to check in as things develop.

About Lee
A little about me.
I’m Lee, the person behind Rebel Fusion. I’ve spent decades helping people figure out how things work, why they’re going sideways, and what they might do about it.
My background includes business strategy, coaching, technology, operations, and construction, along with nearly twenty years as an interfaith minister. I draw on all of it. A conversation about a business can turn into a conversation about responsibility, identity, money, or what someone actually wants from their life. I’m comfortable following those connections.
I ask questions. Quite a few, usually. I pay attention to patterns, listen for assumptions, and tend to follow an answer with, “Okay, and then what?” We’ll look beyond the immediate fix and consider what happens once you put it into practice.
Faith is the backbone of this work. It shapes how I think about purpose, dignity, responsibility, and what we do with the lives and resources we have. Bring your own beliefs, doubts, and questions. There’s room for them here, right alongside the budget and the awkward decision you’ve been avoiding.
As for working with me? We’ll have a real conversation. I’ll listen, tell you what I see, and ask about the parts that deserve a closer look. We’ll probably laugh, too. Being human gets ridiculous, and I see no reason we have to pretend otherwise.
